Born and raised in the Halifax area, surrounded by a “banking” family it was inevitable that Craig would first earn a Banking and Finance Degree which would pave his path to the Mortgage finance industry.
With 22 years of Mortgage lending under his belt, Craig has had the privilege of working with Multiple Financial Institutions and Mortgage Brokerages. He worked as a Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Intelligence along with holding the position as Regional Sales Manager of Mortgage Specialists for Nova Scotia and PEI with Royal Bank of Canada. Craig also worked as a Mortgage Specialist for Home Loans Canada, Scotia Bank and Bank of Montreal. These professional career moves have gained Craig many valuable connections and contributed to his vast knowledge of the industry from all spectrums.
Having a passion for the Mortgage industry, Craig served on the Mortgage Broker Advisory Board for both CMHC and Genworth Canada. He also held a position with the Atlantic Council of Mortgage Professionals Canada.
Craig is held in high regard for his professionalism, morals, ethics and extensive knowledge of financing a Mortgage by both his colleagues and his clients. He is committed to offering the best advice and service to his clients, whether they are buying their first home, refinancing a Mortgage or just curious about the process and looking for advice. Craig currently resides in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia with his wife of 21 years, Julie, their two kids Rachel and Eric and his loved Labrador Retrievers Jax and Triggs
